NHL 1993 / 94 Pinnacle - No 225 - Pierre Turgeon

Issued in two series of 236 and 275 cards, respectively, the 1993-94 Pinnacle hockey set consists of 511 standard-size cards. On a black background with a thin white border, the fronts feature color action player photos. Both series were offered in a U.S. version as well as a Canadian, bilingual version. Former prospect Brett Lindros is featured on a pair of cards with his talented brother Eric. Inserted at a rate of 1:100 packs, the cards are similar, but feature different photos for the U.S. and Canadian versions; the Canadian card also features bilingual text. A card honoring Wayne Gretzky's 802nd career goal was included in second series jumbo packs. Because of its distribution, the card (No. 512) is not considered part of the set. Rookie Cards include Jason Arnott, Jeff Friesen, Todd Harvey, Chris Osgood, Jamie Storr, Jocelyn Thibault and Oleg Tverdovsky.
