NHL 1997/98 Donruss Priority Stamps - No 17 - Sergei Samsonov

The 1997-98 Donruss Elite hobby exclusive set was issued in one series totaling 150 cards and was distributed in five-card packs. The fronts featured color player photos printed on thick foil card stock. The backs carried player information. The set contained the topical subset: Elite Generations (115-144).

Randomly inserted one per small pack, this 36-card set featured color photos of top NHL players printed on real currency stamps. Printed in the country of Grenada, each stamp came protected in a stamp holder card. Bronze, silver, and gold parallel versions of this set were also produced with an insertion rate of 1:6.
