NHL 1999-00 Finnish Cardset Blazing Patriots - No 5 - Saku Koivu

This set features the top players of the Finnish SM-Liiga. It was issued in foil packs over two series. The cards feature action photos over a computer generated background. Cards #158-177 comprise a Sharpshooters subset while cards #178-200 form a Flaming Patriots subset. The Jere Lehtinen Triple Threat card was a long-odds insert that was hand serial numbered out of 1,000 copies. The Teemu Selanne Global Glory card was a long-odds insert that was hand serial numbered out of 1,000 copies as well. Neither card is considered part of the complete set.

This insert set is a partial parallel of the Flaming Patriots subset and features the top performers for Finland's national team. The cards were inserted at a rate of 1:10 packs.
