The 1999-00 Pacific Omega set was released as a 250-card set. It is available in both hobby and retail versions, limiting certain inserts to hobby only or retail only. The base card features full-color photography and a silver foil player portrait in the bottom right corner, while prospect cards contain two players in split screen format. Each pack contains 6 cards.
Randomly inserted in packs, this 250-card retail only set parallels the base set and enhances the base card design with gold foil on the text and on the player portrait in the bottom right front corner. Just above the player portrait is a box that contains each card's serial number. Each of the Gold parallel version cards are numbered out of 299.
