NHL 1999-00 Paramount - No 23 - Sergei Samsonov

Released as a 251-card set, Paramount featured white bordered base cards with color action photography and silver foil highlights. Paramount was packaged in 36-pack boxes with packs containing six cards. Cards #251-269 were not found in packs. They were only available as stadium giveaways as part of an NHL/NHLPA trading card promotion. They are not included in the complete set price and are not found in any of the parallel versions. Reportedly, cards #262 and #265 were not issued.
