NHL 1999-00 Upper Deck PowerDeck Inserts - No PD4

1999-00 Upper Deck Gold Reserve was packaged as a two-series release. Series one contained 170 cards and series two contained 180 cards. Base cards use the same design as the 2000 Upper Deck release but are enhanced with an all-foil card stock and gold foil highlights. Prospect cards in both series were short printed and the series two cards were numbered out of 2500. This release was packaged in 24-pack boxes where packs contained 10 cards.

Randomly inserted in Series 1 Hobby packs at the rate of 1:23 for base cards and one in 288 for Gretzky SP cards, this 9-card set is an actual CD-ROM that contains footage, interviews, and a photo gallery that can be viewed with a PC.
