The 1999-00 Upper Deck HoloGrFx set was released as a 60-card one series set. The cards themselves feature NHL players on a silver rainbow foil holographic card with background color to match each player's team colors. This set was packaged as a 36-pack box with packs containing three cards.

Randomly inserted in packs at 1:17, this 9-card set pictures some of the NHL's most dominating offensive threats and goalies on a silver holographic foil card. Card backs carry a "PS" prefix. A gold foil AU-SOME parallel of this set was also seeded in packs at 1:210.
