NHL 1996 / 97 Pinnacle Foil - No 244 - Tommy Salo

This 250-card set was distributed in 10-card packs. The set featured color action player photos with player statistics and included a rookie subset plus three numerical checklist cards. Rookies of note include Ethan Moreau and Kevin Hodson.

This set parallels the base Pinnacle issue of that season, but unlike most parallels, this was a stand-alone brand, rather than an insert. As the name suggests, the cards were printed on 24 pt. premium card stock and utilized micro-etched silver foil to distinguish them from the other parallels from that season.
