The 1999-00 Pacific Crown Royale set was issued in one series totaling 144 cards and was distributed in six-card packs. The set features color action player photos printed on cards with silver and gold foil highlights, dual etching and a die-cut crown as background.

Inserted in packs at a rate of one in one, this 25-card set places 25 of the NHL's top players in action to the background of their home country's flag. A parallel of this set was also created and randomly inserted in packs. The parallel was numbered to just 20.
