Among the first sets released during the 1999-00 hockey season, these cards featured near full bleed photography on the front, along with stars and biographical information on the back. Cards #451-466 were not found in packs. They were available only as part of an arena giveaway program. As such, they are not considered part of the base set. Card #461 was not issued
